Terms of Use

1. The service

ProductExtractor is a free web tool that reads publicly available product information from third-party store pages you submit and formats it as a Shopify-import CSV. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

• Only submit links to stores and products you have the right to copy — your own products, products of a supplier who has authorised you, or a store you own or are migrating.
• Do not use the tool to violate a source store's terms of service, to harvest data at abusive rates, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or use it as a general-purpose proxy.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing every extracted product — title, price, description, images and variants — before publishing it in your store.
• You are responsible for the rights to any text, images and trademarks in products you import and sell.
• Prices are copied in the source store's currency without conversion; checking them is your responsibility.

4. Availability and limits

Extraction depends on third-party stores, which may block automated access, change their platforms, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that any particular store or product can be extracted, nor uninterrupted availability of this tool. Batch size is limited (currently 100 products per collection or store run).

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool or of data obtained through it, including import errors, incorrect prices, or content-rights disputes with third parties.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or the tool itself at any time; the current version is always posted on this page.
