Our contact mailbox is being set up with the site's permanent domain. Until it is live, the quickest routes are the FAQ and the guide, which cover the questions we are asked most — including what to do when a specific store fails to extract.

Reporting a store that fails

Every platform we support started as a store someone sent us. If a site's collection or products won't extract, send us:

• The exact link you pasted (a product page and, if it failed, the collection page too),
• What the tool reported — the message in the results table,
• What you expected to get (roughly how many products, for a collection).

We test reader-submitted stores ourselves before adding support, the same way Khaadi, Sapphire and Kamalia Khaddar were added.

What we can't help with

• Shopify account problems — imports that fail inside Shopify Admin, billing, or store settings are Shopify Support's territory.
• Permission to use another store's content — we can't grant rights to anyone's products, text or photos. Only extract what you have the right to sell.
• Stores that actively block all automated access — if a site returns 403 to every method, there is no switch we can flip; those products need manual entry.
